We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are from 9am – 5pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

What are the skill sets of your Virtual Assistants?

Our Virtual Assistants have a variety of skill sets and can handle anything that is assigned to them.  Some of the common tasks are answering inbound calls, making calls to clients/patients, invoicing, data processing, and scheduling.  Many of our Virtual Assistants can also assist in CRM and reporting, event planning, social media posts, book-keeping and much more.

How do I get in touch with my Virtual Assistant?

You may contact your assistant through a customized email that you will be provided. You may also get in touch with your virtual assistant by calling directly at 416-630-1631 or 1-866-960-1631.

What happens after I sign up?

We will set you up with a customized email address for ease of communication with your virtual assistant. You will also provide us with any personalized greetings and train the virtual assistants with the processes provided.

How do I keep track of my hours?

eLiaise will provide you with report of hours used at the end of each month.

What happens if I go over my allotted hours?

If you do happen to go over your allotted hours, don’t worry; we will monitor and together we will decide on the next steps.  We will discuss the possibility of changing your plan with greater hours, or we can charge overages on a month-to-month basis.  eLiaise will ensure we will find the right plan that fits your business.

How does eLiaise bill?

Based on what is specified in your agreement, eLiaise will auto-bill the credit card on file on a monthly basis. A receipt of payment will be emailed to you.

Is there a yearly contract?

Before you sign a yearly contract with us, you will be given a free 30-day trial.  After the trial, together we will discuss what strategies are working and identify opportunities.   From there, we will come up with a contract and find the solution that works best for you.

How do I get more information before I sign up?
